The New Haven Yacht Club is a sailing club using moorings and a launch boat to access boats. There are no slips. Small boat sailors can also dry dock their boats and use the hoist as tides permit. The schedule for the launch attendant is below:

Launch service will begin on: Sunday, May 17, 2026.

May 17 to June 24:

​Monday-Friday: from 3:30pm until ½ hour after sunset

​Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: from 9:00am until ½ hour after sunset

June 24 to August 27:

​Monday-Friday: from 12:00pm until ½ hour after sunset

​Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: from 9:00am until ½ hour after sunset

From August 27 to October 11th (“Boats Out”):

​Monday-Friday: from 3:30pm until ½ hour after sunset

​Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: from 9:00am until ½ hour after sunset
